Ford Fiesta Rally2

M-Sport's customer mainstay, homologated in 2019 as the successor to the Fiesta R5 and built in Cumbria alongside the company's works Rally1 programme. For much of its life it was the default choice for a privateer who wanted a car that could be serviced anywhere in Europe at short notice.

Its real significance is as a proving ground. A long list of drivers who reached the top tier did their learning in one, and M-Sport's habit of running promising juniors in Fiestas before promoting them made the car a recognisable step on the ladder rather than merely a piece of equipment. Adrien Fourmaux and Josh McErlean both came that way.
